Heads Up!

Learn cutting-edge CMI techniques to improve postural habits

Learn how to:

  • Use the thoracic spine to support the head and neck
  • Balance your head on your spine with little muscular effort
  • Reduce neck stiffness and increase mobility
  • Reduce “dowager’s hump”
  • Lengthen chronically shortened muscles (pectorals, levators, upper traps, sub-occipitals)

Retrain your brain, muscles and joints to move with ease, safety and efficiency!

CMI engages both mind and body so movement can flow efficiently. Learn to recognize connections
– the missing piece in most conventional therapies – the goal and basis of CMI.

CMI uses science-based biomechanics, physical therapy, neuroscience, and M. Feldenkrais principles.
