From a graduate: “I have learned so much from the seminar program-shoulder, spine, gait, sitting postures and especially gait and walking. I enjoy bringing this approach to the public. The Core Integration training has changed my life. My work and practice is better. My Aikido is better. My life is better.”
Byron Eddy, LMT and Aikido Martial Artist
“How often do you get the chance to train with an instructor who has the credentials, talent, and history of Josef DellaGrotte who trained with legends such as Dr. Feldenkrais and Ida Rolf?
Josef is living proof that his training is one of the best methods for improving and maintaining a person! He will demonstrate by teaching and by example the importance of correct movement… essential for good health and a high quality of life.
As a clinician, he has helped a multitude of people with challenging problems which neither conventional medicine nor alternative methods could resolve.
Josef’s unique training in movement enabled him to take these techniques and put them together in a new mapping system based on biomechanics, neuromotor function, and myofascial pathways which is changing the conventional world of bodywork.”
Greg Hurd, Program Director, Bancroft School of Massage and Bodywork, Worcester, MA, USA
