Intro to Core Integration/NeuroMyofascial Bodywork-Massage

with Josef DellaGrotte, PhD, CFP, LMT

Tuition: $100/$75 early thru 3/15/09, see pg 2

From Josef DellaGrotte, founder and training director: "For you who are interested and ready - Core Movement Integration is a new methodology in the field of massage & bodywork, integrating movement, therapy and somatic learning"

The work is based on science and research, yet creative and healing. The work benefits both practitioner and client. The approach and techniques show you how to use your body mechanics better, work a 'lifetime', if you choose, without body stiffness, wear or pains. The client benefits by learning better ways to maintain the learned effects of treatment. CI practitioners achieve a level of competency which maximizes practice potential. Our six core pathways Myofascial mapping system means a higher resolution of 'therapeutic' issues. CI shows you how to work with the body's vector energy and myofascial pathways, stimulating neuroplasticity. CI uses principles of Feldenkrais, myofascial anatomy, biomechanics, physical and massage therapies.

From a graduate: Byron Eddy, LMT, and Aikido martial artist:

"I have learned so much from the seminar program-shoulder, spine, gait, sitting postures and especially gait and walking. I enjoy bringing this approach to the public. The Core Movement Integration (Feldenkrais-based somatic work) I've done with you has changed my life. My work and practice is better. My Aikido is better. My life is better. I would like to see people flocking to your classes and having the same experience."
